Sterling Jerins has joined Gerard Butler in the cast of Warner Bros. and Skydance’s “Geostorm.†Jerins is set to play Hannah Lawson, daughter to Butler’s Jake.
“Geostorm†will follow two brothers who set out to simultaneously save the earth from a killer satellite-driven storm and save the president from an assassination attempt.
Jim Sturgess, Abbie Cornish and Ed Harris will also star.
Dean Devlin will direct. Devlin will also serve as producer, along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Rachel Olschan and Marc Roskin.
Jerins appears next in “The Coup†alongside Pierce Brosnan. She is known for her past roles in “World War Z†and “And So It Goes.â€
