She is expected to jet off this evening for a five-day whirlwind trip to LA in a bid to get some precious camera time with some major Hollywood stars.

Bubbly Lisa has already secured an interview with the star of Cecelia Ahern’s PS I Love You for TV3’s Xpose — but admits that she is more excited about meeting Hill than Butler.

“[Jonah ‘s definitely the bigger name. I’m actually not a massive fan of Gerard’s work,” she said.

“Some of his stuff is okay, but I don’t really rate a lot of the movies that he has made.

Excited

“The Ugly Truth was absolutely brutal and PS I Love You wasn’t great either,” she explained.

“I have interviewed Gerard before and he was great, very forthcoming.[/b

“But to be honest, I’m more excited about meeting Jonah, as he’s made some brilliant movies. He’s genuinely a funny guy.”

Busy Lisa will also be meeting up with a pal who works on the hit show American Idol at the Kodak Theatre.

But she was too late to apply for accreditation to cover the red carpet at this Sunday’s Golden Globes Awards.

Taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and presented by comedian Ricky Gervais, all the biggest names in the industry will be turning on the glam as they battle it out for a coveted gong.

Although she covered the Oscars last year, Lisa will be missing out on the big showbiz bash due to poor timing.

“I only found out about the trip yesterday and [the organisers need plenty of notice, so it just wasn’t possible,” she said.

“I’ll still be reporting on some aspects of the awards, though, as I’m there for the rest of the week.”

Pal

She added how she will also be meeting up with her good pal Caroline Morahan during her flying visit to LA, to catch up on all the goss with the Dublin beauty. The former Off The Rails presenter, who moved to Hollywood last year, is set to host a TV3 show on cosmestic surgery.
