Gerard Butler to Star in New Cyber Thriller (Blog)

Since 300 turned Gerard Butler into a household name, a lot more fans are eagerly anticipating his next movies. Well, good news new (and old) Butler fans, Gerard has just signed on for a new cyber thriller called Game. In this movie, set in the near future, contestants play a game in which they are able to mind control other humans. Since the game is called Slayers, you can imagine this is not some light hearted board game to play with your family. Butler is also still attached to a remake of Escape from New York, but since most people consider that to be a classic that shouldn’t be remade at all (I agree) we’ll just hope he will concentrate on this movie instead.
